Water & Sewer
You can pay your water utility bill at city hall, by phone or online. There are 6 options to make a payment:
- Drive-through Kiosk or drop box at city hall (205 Rock Island Avenue)
- The counter inside city hall
- A drop box in the parking lot of city hall next to Post Office box
- Online at the City of Dalhart Municipal Online Services website
- By phone at 833-501-5727
Note that payments made after 5 pm will be applied on the following business day.

To pay your bill after hours, you may drop a payment in the drop box in the parking lot at city hall (205 Rock Island Avenue) and your payment will be applied at 8 am on the next business day.
You may also pay by phone at 833-501-5727 or go to our Online Portal to pay your bill online and your payment will be applied at 8 am on the next business day. (Note that payments made after 5 pm will be applied on the following business day.)
Our 24/7 Kiosk located at City Halls drive through. Cash, check or charge! Your payment will be applied at 8 am on the next business day. (Note that payments made after 5 pm will be applied on the following business day.)

Municipal Court

Municipal Court
You can pay the court clerk in city hall or pay online via our Payment Portal. Please note if you pay online there will be an additional $2.50 fee for using our online bill pay.

Municipal Court
Court is held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 to 11 am and 2 to 4 pm (subject to change). Payment of violations can be made to the court clerk at the main counter in city hall, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

City business hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Closed for major holidays (for closed holidays please refer to our calendar).

The Dalhart police department is located at 202 Rock Island Avenue, directly across from City Hall. Lobby Open, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
