Dalhart COVID-19

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

Employers

COVID-19 has officially reached our community. In an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, DHCHD would like to provide information on several practices to help reduce the risk of exposure to employees.

  • Having workers wear personal protective equipment (mask, gloves)
  • Ensure proper spacing in work areas (6 feet preferred)
  • Stagger workstations and consider safety barriers so employees do not face one another
  • Stagger breaks and lunches and ensure social distancing during this time
  • Increase the frequency of cleaning and sanitation in the production areas
  • Frequent hand washing
